Food: R. House isn't a standard restaurant. Located in Remington, Baltimore, R. House is a big communal space with lots of food vendors lined around the sides of it. Amano Taco is one of those vendors. It serves delicious tacos and bowls. The Mexican cuisine is very tasty, fairly spicy, but serves nice sized portions and has wonderful authenticity. Some of the other vendors at R. House are: "Molina" (Pizza), "Ground & Griddled" (Coffee and Breakfast foods), "BRD" (Fried Chicken), "Hilo" (Poke bowls and sushi), "ARBA" (Mediterranean Street Food), "Be.bim" (Korean BBQ), and "Little Baby's Ice Cream".
Drinks: In addition to the food stands, there is a full bar located in the center of R. House that serves specific drinks and cocktails. Amano Taco has a delicious Horchata.
Decor: Think communal work space, but casual on the weekend. Architecturally awesome with seats made of wood all around the space in addition to lots of tables. It's all very open and perfect to run inside to grab a quick bite, or come in and plan to stay awhile. A place to get work done, meet up with friends, or have a drink at the bar.
My Fav: The Chorizo Bowl at Amano Taco is great for any meal of the day. I had it for brunch and it hit the spot. You can't go wrong at any food stand in this space- just depends what you're in the mood for.
