Bobby's Burger Palace

Food: This restaurant is Bobby Flay's burger joint and YUM it is. Food Network was right that this guy really does know what's up. A menu stacked with various burger choices of either beef, turkey, or chicken. The specialty add-on here is getting "crunchified" by adding potato chips to any burger free of charge- I love this little addition. It provides a little more flavor and texture to each burger and is a fun, unique twist that I haven't encountered before. Delicious onion rings, fries, and sweet potato fries as side menu items to go along with it.

Drinks: Shakes! Can't have a burger without a shake right? Lots of different rich flavors with their homemade whipped cream on top. Need I say more?

Decor: Vibrant colors and eclectic seating options. There are normal tables, then a long snake-like community table that runs along the restaurant which provides for some interesting meal encounters. There are a few of the burger palaces around the country, but this is the set up of the location I visited in the Bergen Town Center in New Jersey.

My fav: Crunch burger or Brunch burger (yes, that rhymes) and a pistachio milkshake. Side of onion rings, and of course the potato chips to top the burger off.
