Food: Factory Fuel Co. serves essential pastries found in most coffee shops, but in no way boring or without uniqueness or flavor. Scones, muffins, biscotti, and all are spectacular.
Drinks: Delicious coffee and espresso drinks. I got a lavender latte that was perfectly sweet and relaxing, yet still gave me the kick I needed. If you plan to stay, the coffee will be served to you in clay mugs that are made in the Kissimmee River Pottery Shop next door! They are extremely impressive and fit the style and the vibe of Factory Fuel Co. located in Flemington, New Jersey.
Decor: A hip, artsy spot that hosts lots of coffeeshop evenings. Open mic nights, community get togethers, and special events all meet in this welcome and eclectic space.
My fav: Cinnamon Chocolate Chip scone and a latte served in a Kissimmee River Pottery mug!
