Food: One of my favorite restaurants on Nantucket, Island Kitchen has an eclectic menu that introduces interesting flavors to cape classics. The specials of the day are my favorite part- I'm always anxious to here what the specials are, as they usually involve the time of year and the local catch of the day!
Drinks: An incredible cocktail list, as well as favorite local beers and wines on the menu, Island Kitchen has something on the drink menu for everyone!
Decor: Classic Nantucket colors on the exterior with outdoor seating and indoor dining too. I prefer to sit outside on the porch in the summer, as I feel it perfectly captures a trip to the cape with the island flavors and warm breeze and you cheers to a great trip!
My fav: In addition to the incredible dining experience, my favorite part is after dinner when you visit the IK Ice Cream next door! This is one of my favorite ice cream shops I've ever been to, specifically for the interesting flavors they feature! They have over 30 flavors, so it's extremely difficult to choose, but trust me, whatever ice cream you get will be delicious and the perfect way to end your evening!
