Food: Italian food and weekend brunch is the specialty here. Pietro Nolita is located just outside of Little Italy in New York City after all! Delicious pasta dishes- not a very extensive menu, but what they do, they do well!
Drinks: Fun cocktails that fit the 1950's retro vibe. A full wine and beer list and additional fountain sodas.
Decor: As they like to say "Pink as F**k"- no seriously it says it on the menu! You can't miss this place. Everything is pink! You step down into the restaurant and it is very tiny. They only have a few tables so it's very intimate. The food is spectacular and it's such a fun 1950's retro vibe that somehow still seems modern? It's incredibly Instagramable and just a fun time regardless. It is cash only, so come prepared!
My fav: It seems Pietro Nolita's menu has changed a bit since I've visited, but I remember I ordered a type of pesto pasta which was so amazing! The closest thing on the menu they have now to that meal seems to be the "Fusilli Al Limone": lemon, zucchini puree, parmigiano reggiano topped with ricotta salata and toasted almonds. This is what I would order again when I got back.
