Food: Macaroni and Cheese is my favorite food. There I said it. And the Mac and Cheese at S'MAC might just be the best there is. Cooked in a cast iron skillet with yummy additions like ground beef, buffalo chicken, roasted figs, and little mini hot dog. They also come in small to huge party sizes with fun names like Nosh, Major Munch, Mongo, and Party!
Drinks: Specialty sodas and drinks.
Decor: Orange! Everything and everywhere looks like what you would imagine a Mac and cheese restaurant would look like. Bright orange and yellow and quirky and fun. My dad and I stumbled upon this spot in the East Village in New York City years ago when it was just a tiny hole in the wall spot. You couldn't miss it cause of the orange decor, so we decided to give it a go and I'm so glad we did. The popularity has caught on and it's now upgraded to a bigger space down the street with tables and a full counter.
My fav: The All American Nosh, made with American and Cheddar Cheese. I would honestly eat any of them, but the original is just so tasty. And the nosh size! The portions are huge, and that is more than enough!
