Food: Thai food on a food truck! I saw this place on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives so I knew it had to be good. Thai Mee Up introduced Massaman Curry into my life and it had a flavor unlike anything I've ever experienced. Their Pad Thai is extremely light and well cooked. Everything here is worth trying, and it's even more fun cause it's a food truck!
Drinks: Standard bottled beverages.
Decor: I visited Thai Mee Up when I was on Maui. We discovered a food truck lot and once I saw Thai Mee Up there, I couldn't wait to try it. Thai Mee Up was the stand out from the line up of other food options that were in the lot. Thai Mee Up catered one of our lunches for work while I was there, so I think there were a few days where I literally only ate their food, but I wasn't mad about it at all. A really fun idea for a food truck with a cute name too.
My fav: Anything off their menu will be perfect, but the curry was unlike anything else I've ever tasted.
