Fong's Pizza

Food: Another one of the most interesting places I've ever been, and in Des Moines, Iowa no less!! Fong's Pizza is famous for putting Chinese food on pizza. Yes, you heard that right. Featured on Food Network on both Man vs. Food and Best Thing I Ever Ate, Fong's was made famous for their Crab Rangoon Pizza and their General Tso's Chicken Pizza. Some other popular pies are Egg Roll, Polynesian, Loaded Potato, Street Taco, and King Paw Chicken, just to name a few. They have lots of vegetarian and gluten free options as well.

Drinks: Tiki drinks with a weekday happy hour from 3-6!

Decor: An old Chinese restaurant in decor and style, yet it serves pizza. Feels like you're in Chinatown, but with a goofy, unique twist.

My fav: The beautiful thing about this pizza is it's really two meals in one, so when you get a pie, be prepared to share or take some home, or come hungry! You can order by the slice as well, it just depends on the flavors you're craving that day.
